The company was established in October, 2024.  The service of the company will allow a customer and a merchant to avail all kinds of services at their preferred location and convenient time. We confirm 24 hours delivery inside Dhaka with an opportunity for express delivery and within 24 hours to 72 hours delivery anywhere in Bangladesh. We guarantee COD payment disbursement within 24 hours of delivery. We also provide return/exchange service, 24/7 customer service, automated order placement, tracking and invoicing services.

Our portfolio includes doorstep pickup, packaging, warehousing, safest transport, doorstep delivery, COD collection, return parcels management and online customer services in the whole country.

Policy for Registration: 

By registering with Arrow Express BD, you are agreeing to comply with the followings: 

Information for Registration:

To create an account with Arrow Express BD, you are required to provide with accurate and complete information including your Name, Business Name, Hub Area, Contact Number and your address with your NID number. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have provided the up-to-date and accurate information. 

The information you provide us for registration will be used for account management, communication and relevant services offered by Arrow Express BD. Your information will be used to send you updates and important notifications. 

User Account: 

Your user account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account including your password. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any kind of unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security or any other suspected occurrences.

Privacy and Security of Data: 

Safe Delivery Courier is committed to protect your personal data, information and privacy. 

Unacceptable usage: 

By registering with us, you agree not to use your account for any illegal, unethical or unauthorized purposes. For any illegal or unauthorized usage, you are solely responsible for it. 

Deactivation of Account: 

You can, at any time, deactivate your account by following the procedures provided by Arrow Express BD. 

Policy for Modifications: 

Arrow Express BD holds the right to modify, suspend or terminate your user account or access to our services at any time if the Company deems fit. 

Policy for Order Processing and Delivery: 

1. Merchants shall upload orders in Arrow Express Courier's suggested platform with the necessary information, such as, product type, order numbers and customer's information including Name, mobile number and exact locations to carry out the delivery process easily and smoothly. 

2. All parcels and products must be packed properly and in tact condition before handing over to the respective person of Arrow Express BD. If any product or parcel is damaged due to a lack of proper packaging or defects, then Arrow Express BD will not be liable for it. 

3. Arrow Express BD maintains different types of delivery options. It offers same day delivery and 24 hours delivery in the same district. It offers delivery to all over Bangladesh within 24 hours to 72 hours. Some mountainous and river based areas may need more than 72 hours. 

4. Arrow Express BD shall hand over the parcels to the customers after receiving full payment of COD orders. In case of non COD orders, OTP verification from the customers will be taken before handing over the parcel to the customer. 

5. If the customer is not present in his given location, he may collect the parcel later from the nearby Arrow Express BD Point. In this case, the customer has to ensure the collection of the parcels. Otherwise the parcel will be selected for return policy and it will be returned to the Merchant in due time. 

6. Arrow Express BD. shall contact the customers to ensure timely delivery. In case of non-recieval of the phone calls, the delivery man will try again and again to ensure the delivery of the parcel.

Return Policy:

1. If the customer is unreachable through the phone number given by the merchant, still, Arrow Express BD shall make some more attempts to deliver the products at least 2 more days before confirming a return of that parcel. 

2. If the customer wants or agrees to return the parcel for any reason, Arrow Express BD shall return the parcel to the merchant. 

3. Arrow Express BD will maintain parcel or package return back to merchant within 4-6 days shipments. 

4. Arrow Express BD shall not be responsible for taking a parcel for return if a customer has opened the seal of the product box and wants to return. If the merchant wants the customer to open the product box, the customer may do so. But in that case, Arrow Express BD is not responsible for any kind of damage of the packet, box, quality degrade or invoice missing.
